Public Notice: Request for Proposals for an Electronic Health Record System

Notice is hereby given that Coos Health & Wellness (“CHW”), a department of Coos County, Oregon, is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for the acquisition, implementation, configuration, integration, migration, training, support, and ongoing operation of a modern electronic health record (“EHR”) system.

Proposals will be accepted by Bobbi Brooks, Business Operations Manager to the Board of Commissioners’ Office, in person at or by mail to the Coos County Courthouse, 225 N Adams St., Coquille, OR 97423. Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes and must be clearly labeled “RFP Electronic Health Records (EHR) Software and Implementation Services” on the outside of the envelope.  No proposals, regardless of method of delivery, will be accepted if not received by 2:00 p.m. on November 17, 2026. Proposals will be publicly opened and read immediately after the proposal deadline in the large Conference room in the Owen Building located at 201 N. Adams St. Coquille, OR 97423, or another room to be determined at the Coos County Annex Building.
