The 2018 Community Health Assessment findings are now available to the public

The 2018 Coos Community Health Assessment findings have been published and can be accessed online on the Coos County Website at http://www.co.coos.or.us/Departments/CoosHealthWellness/PublicHealth.aspx under the annual reports section.

The 2018 Community Health Assessment is focusing on the health status and outcomes of our community as well as on the social determinants of health. These are the conditions in which we live in, work, and play and that influence our health outcomes such as our income and education levels, our zip code and housing availability, our access to health care and to nutritious foods, etc. We hope that you find this collaborative assessment interesting and that it will help inform how future community priorities are made and developed.
