Babies First! is a program for parents of young children, from newborn through 4 years of age. Public health nurses and certified parent educators visit your family in the comfort of your own home to discuss any questions and concerns you have about your child. The educator will check your child’s growth and progress and explore ways that you can use play to help your child develop on schedule.
Eligibility
- Children ages birth up to 5 years old with Oregon Health Plan coverage
- Pregnant Persons with Oregon Health Plan coverage
- Parents/Caregivers of enrolled children with Oregon Health Plan coverage
