Encouraging served individuals to voice dissatisfaction with their treatment experiences and to educate them regarding their ability to pursue a successful resolution of these issues is a key aspect of CHW’s mission in building a recovery model through empowerment and advocacy.
Whenever possible, CHW strives to maximize individual satisfaction with services, working in a collaborative manner, with the knowledge that timely response is critical in addressing issues of grievance. Whenever CHW denies, or limits or enforces a termination of service(s), individuals also have rights to appeal this action.
CHW handles individual complaints and grievances as dictated in the Client Rights Procedures.
